


Cooking Class - Preparing a Three Course Summer Meal
Join Kurt & Jodi of Provender Garden Kitchen at their garden & farmhouse for a hands-on cooking class on Sunday, August 10th & Monday, August 11th for “Preparing a Three Course Summer Meal”. This 2 hour class will be offered at 5:00pm on August 10th & 11th & will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of creating a three course menu using the bounty of Summer’s harvest. Whether you are a beginner or looking to enhance your culinary abilities, this class offers a wonderful opportunity to learn basic kitchen techniques. Each class is limited to 6 participants.
Class Overview
During this class, participants will learn how to create a three-course Summer menu featuring tomato gazpacho, Parisian gnocchi with fresh summer vegetables, & a rustic fruit galette to finish.
Date & Time: Sunday, August 10th & Monday, August 11th at 5:00pm. Class will last approximately 2 hours long.
