Join Kurt & Jodi at their farmhouse this January for Mastering Quiche - From Crust to Custard. In this hands-on cooking class, attendees will learn how to make our classic quiche recipe by mastering each of its essential components from the pastry to a perfectly cooked custard filling.
Attendees will learn how to properly blind bake pastry for a crisp, flaky crust (no soggy bottoms!), how to slowly caramelize onions to bring out their natural sweetness, & roast mushrooms to deepen flavor & remove excess moisture. We’ll then bring all of these components together & learn how to bake a quiche to the proper temperature.
This class is ideal for those new to cooking as well as anyone looking to refine their culinary skills, offering practical techniques to build confidence in the kitchen.
